Violet Vice is a vibrant, saturated orchid-purple hand-dyed fingering-weight yarn with playful pink-violet energy.

Available on a soft and durable 75% superwash merino wool / 25% nylon sock yarn base or a 100% GOTS-certified organic merino wool base.

She’s bold enough to take center stage on her own, but plays extremely well with others—making Violet Vice an excellent choice for socks, shawls, sweaters, colorwork, stripes, contrast details, or pairing with one of our more chaotic variegated colorways.

Meet Violet Vice. Friends call her Vi.

Vi is the friend who doesn’t ask, “Do you think this is a good idea?”

She asks, “Do you think we can pull it off?”

She’s not here to talk you out of it.

She’ll convince you to wear the louder outfit, order dessert and fries, stay for one more drink, and buy the extra skein because “you’ll regret leaving it behind.”

She has never once told anyone they already have enough yarn, and frankly, we don’t need that kind of negativity around here.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your yarn to be dyed and prepared for shipment.

THE FINE PRINT

Because each skein is dyed by hand in small batches, no two skeins will be exactly alike. For projects using more than one skein, alternating skeins every few rows is recommended to help blend natural variations. I recommend purchasing enough yarn for your entire project at once.

Every effort is made to photograph colors accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Color and speckle placement will naturally vary between hand-dyed skeins.
